All the compressors and vacuum pumps used in Bolaike freeze dryers are supplied by brands from Italy, the United States, and Japan. All of them are chosen for their operating stability and reliability.

Bolaike has a professional technical team with over 10 years of experience in freeze dryer design and production. We have manufactured freeze dryers with 200m² of effective freeze-drying area. The design, layout, production, installation and testing are all carried out independently by our in-house team.

We have a 7000m² workshop for the manufacturing and assembly of our freeze drying equipment. Before leaving the workshop, each piece of equipment has undergone high quality cutting, welding, assembly and commissioning processes. Each process is overseen by quality control personnel to insure the quality and reliability of each machine. Moreover, each machine must be tested and adjust to make sure the freezing stability and vacuum degree meets the customer's specified requirements.
